Order Processing

At Grindlete, all products are made available through our trusted global fulfillment partners. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and shipped directly from our fulfillment facilities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Any available shipping promotions will be automatically applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.

Multiple Packages

To provide the fastest possible service, items from the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we work closely with our fulfillment and shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
