RETURN POLICY
Returns
At Grindlete, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original tags and packaging where applicable.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at grindlete@icloud.com with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
